United Sport Apparel provides many ways to order jackets for your convenience. Order varsity jackets,
order sports jackets and order letterman jackets by phone, email or Internet.
You can also order banners and order multiple jackets by phone.
Order Jackets and Banners by Phone
Call us toll free at 1.800.736.7342 during normal business hours. Our staff can answer your
questions about sizing, design, special orders, etc. You’ll want to
download a catalog
first and review it - so you’ll be ready with the sizes, colors and features you want
for your jacket.You’ll be able to order varsity jackets, order lightweight jackets, order youth jackets,
order banners, and even order multiple jackets.

Order Jackets and Banners Online
We’ve created an
online ordering
process to customize jackets. (Currently, you can only order one jacket at a time. Please call or email us for multiple jackets.)
You’ll be able to order varsity jackets, order lightweight jackets and order youth jackets one
at a time. For multiple jackets, please order by phone.

General Ordering Information

We accept:

- Full payment with order
- 50% deposit - balance charged to designated credit card or paid by personal check prior to shipment of order.
- An official school or company purchase order. Please include a claim voucher, if required.
- A written order on school letterhead with authorized school signature.

Available Credit Terms :

Credit terms are net 30 days. Companies may also obtain credit terms by requesting and completing a credit
application. Late payments will be charged 1-1/2% per month.

Shipping :
|
|
|

Your order is custom made to your specifications. We usually ship via UPS within six to eight weeks
following confirmation. Please allow two to six days additional for delivery. Please do not use a post office
box as a shipping address. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Fairfield, NJ.

categories. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS air.

Insurance :

Freight Insurance is 2% of your merchandise total and is optional. We will insure your order with the
carrier and replace any losses or damages incurred during shipping, if you select this coverage.

Adjustments and Cancellations :
|
|
|
|
Your order can be modified within five days of receipt, but after production has begun,
an adjustment or cancellation penalty will apply.
|

|
Returns and Claims :
|

In all cases, a return authorization number is required. Please call United Sport Apparel customer service.

Guarantee :
|
|
|
|
We assure you a good fit on all made-to-order jackets. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Any garment found to be defective, will be replaced or repaired at our cost.
We offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all seams of made-to-order jackets.
If any seam ever opens, for any reason, we will repair it at no charge.

Minimums :

|
|
|
For tee shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and jackets the minimum order is 12. there are no minimum
requirements on size distribution, provided the total number is met.
